Given the success of the first film, it was only a matter of time before a sequel was greenlit. Road House 2 - Last Call was released 17 years after the original, with a new set of characters but a similar plot. The film follows a former UFC fighter, Mike (Patrick Swayze), who becomes the manager of a roadhouse in Wyoming.
