NanoCAD uses the native .dwg format and a familiar interface. The older 5.0 version runs perfectly on Windows XP, Vista, and 7 32-bit. While not fully portable out-of-the-box, you can install it to a USB drive using /DIR="D:\NanoCAD" switch.
