The toolbar now rearranges itself based on what you select. Pick a type layer → font options, variable font axes, and paragraph settings appear. Pick a vector shape → stroke, fill, corner radius, and path ops show up. The old “everything everywhere” menu system has been replaced by context-aware modules. You can lock the classic layout if you prefer, but most users adapt within hours.
