Digital wallet applications require users to complete a sequence of actions: download, register, verify identity, and fund the wallet before any transaction occurs. This paper examines the dropout points in that flow, using the hypothetical or region-specific app La Meva Cartera as a case study. We analyze how design, technical requirements, and user trust affect successful registration and sustained use.
