Step 1: Identify Your TV’s Exact Model & Current Firmware
On your Atvio TV remote, press Menu . Go to Settings > Device Preferences > About (or Support > System Info ). Write down:
Model number (e.g., ATV-4302) Current firmware version (e.g., V1.2.5)
Also check the sticker on the back of the TV for the full model code.
Step 2: Download the Correct Firmware
Visit the official Atvio support page (or the retailer’s site where you bought the TV – many generic brands host firmware on Atvio.com or a download section). Navigate to Firmware / Software Downloads . Enter your exact model number . Download the latest firmware file (usually a .zip or .bin / .img file). Do not rename the file.
Step 3: Prepare the USB Drive
Insert the USB into your PC. Back up any data on the USB (it will be erased). Right-click the USB drive in File Explorer → Format .
File system: FAT32 Allocation unit size: Default
Click Start → OK . Extract the downloaded firmware zip file directly to the root of the USB drive (e.g., E:\ ).
