Sometimes you need an ISO. Maybe you use Ventoy (a multi-boot USB tool) or you want to run Flex in a Virtual Machine (VMware/VirtualBox). Is there a workaround?
You will see two options:
You can install Android apps via the Linux container (using Anbox or Waydroid), but it is a very technical process and performance is poor.
❌ No Play Store / Android apps – Only Chrome browser + web apps (unlike regular Chrome OS). ❌ No Linux (Crostini) support on most older devices. ❌ Installation is a bit unfamiliar – You can’t just burn an ISO; you must use Google’s USB tool. ❌ Potential driver issues – Some Wi-Fi chips, printers, or sound cards may not work.
