The correct file will be a .zip containing a .inf , .sys , and .cat files. The version number should be recent (e.g., 19.x or 20.x).
If you are using an ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, or ASRock motherboard:
On the "Where do you want to install Windows?" screen, click Load Driver .
Progress through the prompts until you reach the screen asking, "Where do you want to install Windows?"
